Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager – CPS Global to join our Affiliate Growth team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with strong expertise in managing and scaling global Cost Per Sale (CPS) campaigns across multiple verticals.

The role focuses on strengthening affiliate partnerships, maximizing campaign performance, driving incremental revenue, and building sustainable growth through strategic affiliate management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an affiliate network or performance marketing organization.
  

• Proven experience managing global CPS affiliate campaigns and publisher relationships.
  

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing across multiple verticals, particularly Ecommerce, Travel, and other international CPS categories.
  

• Experience working with global affiliates, content publishers, coupon and cashback partners, loyalty platforms, and other performance-based traffic sources.
  

• Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, CPL, EPC, CR, ROI, attribution, and affiliate tracking.
  

• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Everflow, or similar solutions.
  

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into revenue growth opportunities.
  

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Experience managing affiliate revenue targets and growing partner portfolios.
  

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
