Accountant Executive

CCTech is looking for an Accountant to join the Finance team. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day bookkeeping, and is well suited to someone with hands-on experience using Zoho who is comfortable owning the books independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date books of accounts and general ledger entries
• Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer invoices
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Help prepare basic financial reports and statements for review by the Finance Manager
• Support GST/TDS documentation and other statutory compliance filings as needed
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation for audits

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho (Zoho Books) is required
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and finance fundamentals
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a fast-paced technology or engineering services company
• Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC basics)
