About The Role
Dune Strategy is a management consulting firm in Dubai. We advise international investors, family groups, and sovereign-linked entities on commercial decisions across the GCC: market entry, regional expansion, transactions, and joint ventures. The engagement portfolio is kept deliberately small, which means the work you do here feeds directly into live conversations rather than sitting in a drawer.
As a Project Administration Intern, you will work on-site with the team in Dubai for a full-time internship. You will support live engagements from the inside: gathering market intelligence, mapping out who is involved in a deal, and putting together the material the partners carry into meetings. What You Will Do
Your day will move between research and preparation. You will build profiles of companies, family groups, and counterparties, tracking ownership structures and relationships that are not always visible in public filings. You will follow regulatory and policy developments and note what they change for a client's plan. You will help draft briefing notes, meeting packs, and internal summaries, keeping them short and useful. You will maintain engagement files and track open items so nothing slips. Where the team needs a quick view of a sector, you will pull it together and say plainly what the numbers and the reporting suggest.

Clarity of thought matters more to us than the length of your CV. We want someone who can read a complicated situation, work out what is relevant, and put it into writing that another person can act on. You should be comfortable with research that does not resolve neatly, and willing to say when the evidence is thin. Precision in your writing is important: our output is a clear position with the reasoning behind it, and everyone here contributes to that standard. A practical mindset helps. Consulting work involves shifting priorities and incomplete information, and the useful response is to ask good questions and keep moving.

Helpful Background
You are likely a final-year student or recent graduate in finance, economics, business, law, political science, or a related field. Coursework or projects touching corporate finance, macroeconomics, or regional policy are useful. Any experience with research, report writing, or organizing information, whether from a student society, an earlier internship, or an independent project, is worth mentioning. Arabic is helpful but not required. What we care about most is genuine interest in how commercial and political realities shape each other in this part of the world.
