Role Overview

As a Field Sales Consultant, you are the face of SilverbackFEX, responsible for the complete customer journey. You will initiate contact, build rapport, assess needs, and close deals for our insurance products. This is a self-driven role where your daily activity directly impacts your success and income.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes to introduce SilverbackFEX products and services.

• Masterfully build rapport and trust through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual customer requirements.

• Present tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.

• Navigate the entire sales process independently, from initial contact to securing signed agreements.

• Manage your daily schedule and territory effectively to maximize customer interactions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Continuously learn and adapt to product offerings and sales strategies.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful consultants can expect to earn between $75,000 and $130,000 annually based on performance. Your drive and ability to connect with customers will directly translate into your income.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Life and Health Insurance license.

• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• The ability to quickly read people and build strong rapport is critical.

• Demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.

• A strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to drive your own daily activity.
