Position Overview

The RN Manager – Operating Room is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operational direction of one or multiple patient care units within Nursing Services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned OR units
• Ensure quality patient care delivery consistent with organizational standards
• Guide clinical teams, manage daily operations, and support staff development
• Drive performance improvement, patient safety, and optimal workflow
• Align unit operations with organizational mission, vision, and values

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• from an accredited institution
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse License
• (upon hire)
• AHA BLS Certification
• (upon hire)
• Recent first-line management or supervisory experience
• Minimum
• 3 years of RN clinical experience in the Operating Room

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
• CNOR Certification
