The Cory Washam Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring full-time, entry-level Insurance Sales Agents in the Tulsa area. No experience or license needed to apply: we’ll help you get licensed after you’re hired. Already licensed? You’ll start selling right away.

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners face to face, in their homes, across the Tulsa area
• Learn each family’s needs and recommend Property & Casualty, Life, and other coverage
• Own the full sale, from first conversation to issued policy
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up with prospects until they’re ready to buy
• Build a client base that brings referrals and repeat business

How You Get Paid

• Commission-only, with performance bonuses and no cap on earnings
• $75K–$150K OTE in Year 1
• OTE (on-target earnings) is what an agent earns by hitting the agency’s production targets
• Your income is tied directly to your results: the more you sell, the more you earn

Who Wins Here
