Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves supervising and performing HVAC service activities including installation, repair, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and service operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and support team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities.

Required:

• EPA Certification and relevant state licenses.

Preferred:

• Technical school training or advanced HVAC certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
