JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) preferred; ABIM or ABFM with EM experience considered
  
• Licenses: Active Missouri Medical License or ability to obtain
  
• Certifications: ATLS, BLS, PALS required
  
• Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine experience required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide nocturnist coverage at Lake Regional Health System’s 35-bed Emergency Department with 36,000 annual visits.
  
• Manage patients with medium acuity in a Level III Trauma Center.
  
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during 12-hour shifts.
  
• Perform emergency procedures including intubation, central line placement, laceration repair, and conscious sedation.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR with Dragon.
