Job Title: Seller Support Executive – E-commerce

Location: Pune (In-Office | Local Candidates Only)

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC

Employment Type: Full-Time (5.5 Days/Week)

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer & Seller Support Executives in Pune to assist sellers on an e-commerce platform. You will handle merchant queries, resolve account or order issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller inquiries via voice, chat, or email and provide timely resolutions.
  

• Troubleshoot account, listing, and order issues following standard guidelines.
  

• Escalations management and inter-team coordination for technical queries.
  

• Maintain logs of customer interactions and performance/CSAT targets.
  

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience: E-commerce/Customer Service background (Domestic/International) OR Non-E-commerce background with mandatory International Customer Support experience.
  

• Communication: Strong English skills (B2/B2+ level).
  

• Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
