• Playing a key role in pastoral care, this Phase Co-ordinator Middle Leadership position will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant learning community, providing leadership and co-ordination across the wellbeing, curriculum, learning and administration of Years 3 and 4

Employment Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
  
• Current QCT Teacher Registration (or eligibility to gain)
  
• Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Ability to mentor and support colleagues
  
• Support and uphold the values and ethos of the school
  
• Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
