Entry-Level Project Manager

Full-Cycle Sales | $75k - $200k+ OTE | No Experience Necessary

Tough As Nails Contractors, LLC is looking for motivated people to join our team as Full Cycle Project Managers, and we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a face-to-face sales role in the building and construction industry. You'll meet directly with potential customers, learn what they need, and help them say yes to our contracting services. It's a great fit for someone who's outgoing, self-motivated, and ready to build a real career from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Learn the full sales process: From first contact to signed agreement, we'll train you step by step on how to manage the whole cycle.
• Connect with people: Build trust and rapport with customers through in-person conversations — the part of the job that matters most.
• Understand what customers need: Ask good questions, listen closely, and show how Tough As Nails can help.
• Help close deals: With coaching and practice, you'll get comfortable guiding customers to a decision.
• Manage your own day: Plan your schedule to make the most of your time in the field.
• Travel locally: Get out and meet customers within your assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• A positive, coachable attitude: No sales experience required — if you're eager to learn and take feedback, we'll get you up to speed.
• Strong people skills: You enjoy talking with people and can hold a friendly, genuine conversation.
• Drive and resilience: You stay motivated, and you don't let a "no" knock you down.
• Self-motivation: You can manage your own time and keep your energy up without someone looking over your shoulder.
• Adaptability: You read situations well and adjust how you connect with different people.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Must have a mobile device for business use.

Your Earning Potential:

This is a commission-only role, which means your income grows with your effort and results. There's no cap on what you can earn — top performers make between $75,000 and $200,000 annually. We'll give you the training and support to get there.
