Hall Agency is looking for an Associate Closer to join our team. You'll work with warm, pre-qualified leads and help prospective clients understand their insurance options, answer their questions, and find coverage that fits their needs.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and guiding customers through the decision-making process.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Closer, you'll:

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads through phone and video consultations.

• Learn about each client's needs, goals, and priorities.

• Clearly explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.

• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.

• Handle objections professionally and help clients make informed decisions.

• Guide qualified prospects through the sales process from consultation to close.

• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.

• Work toward individual sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: 40,000–90,000

Compensation is performance-based, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you develop your skills and achieve sales results.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.

• Must have a mobile device with cellular data.

• Must have reliable home internet access.
