Medical Reservations Agent (English & Spanish)

Join a fast-growing US-based healthcare company as a Medical Reservation Agent (English & Arabic). You'll be responsible for converting incoming patient inquiries into booked appointments by providing exceptional customer service in English and Arabic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, website forms, SMS, and other channels.
• Contact potential patients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email in English and Arabic.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through consistent follow-up.
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Update lead statuses and communication logs in the CRM.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, insurance, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• C1 or higher English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Experience in customer service, sales, call center, medical reservations, or patient coordination.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare environment.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Trilingual candidates (English, Arabic, and Spanish) are highly preferred.
• Available to work full-time from (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Cairo Time).
