Jnr/Intermediate Associate: OEM Sales

The Senior Associate: OEM Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through BluePearl's OEM partnerships, including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, IBM and AWS, by selling cloud, software licensing, managed services and professional services while maintaining accurate CRM data, reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop new business opportunities.

·        Manage OEM partner relationships.

·        Sell cloud, AI, cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions.

·        Maintain healthy sales pipeline.

·        Conduct presentations and proposals.

·        Respond to RFPs/RFQs.

·        Collaborate with internal teams.

·        Maintain CRM records and forecasts.

·        Produce weekly pipeline reports.

·        Maintain sales dashboards.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise technology, OEM, or ICT solution sales.
  
• Demonstrated experience selling solutions across one or more strategic OEM partners, including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, IBM, and AWS.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, software licensing, enterprise applications, managed services, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
  
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  
• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, with experience using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform to manage opportunities, sales forecasting, customer engagement, and pipeline reporting.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to maintain accurate sales dashboards, prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, analyze sales performance, and provide meaningful business insights to management.
