We are seeking experienced professionals for an independent, remote role within personal development and leadership education. You will use your communication and relationship-building skills to connect with prospective clients, introduce digital personal development programs and support business growth.

This is a performance-based role, with earnings generated through product sales. Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments, dedicating approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Your activities will include:

• Implementing marketing strategies using established systems and training.
• Responding to enquiries and conducting initial phone conversations.
• Guiding suitable prospective clients through a structured information process.
• Maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up.
• Building professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Participating in ongoing training and personal development.

This role involves active marketing, client conversations and follow-up. It suits someone who enjoys working independently and takes responsibility for their results.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience, with transferable skills in leadership, communication, sales, marketing, client relations or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with people by phone and online.
• The ability to organise your schedule and follow through consistently.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and use established systems.
• A genuine interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Comfort with an independent, performance-based structure where earnings come from product sales.
• Capacity to dedicate approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet and a phone.

This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
