Coaching & Leadership Professional

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Coaching & Leadership Professional who enjoys helping people think differently, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward personal and professional growth.

This remote role is designed for someone who brings strong coaching instincts, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust through thoughtful conversation. Rather than delivering traditional coaching sessions, you will engage with individuals exploring leadership and personal development, guide structured conversations, provide information, and support appropriate follow-up.

You will work independently while using established systems, training, and professional development resources. The role offers an opportunity to apply your existing coaching and leadership experience in a different environment while continuing to develop your own communication and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, leadership, education, training, or people development
  

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
  

• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and conduct professional one-to-one conversations
  

• Comfortable building relationships and following up with prospective candidates
  

• Self-directed and able to organize your time effectively in a remote environment
  

• Open to ongoing learning, feedback, and professional development
  

• Comfortable working with online communication and business systems
  

• Able to work independently while following established processes
