• Sound understanding of structural systems, foundations, soil investigation reports and MEP integration.
• Strong project scheduling, workload management and deadline control.
• Effective technical problem-solving and risk identification.

• Experience with authority submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Strong reporting, documentation and team-management capabilities.
• Ability to establish systems and maintain accountability across a large, multi-project department.
