Job Title: Dumper Driver

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dumper Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver with UAE experience and ADNOC & CICPA site experience who understands safe heavy-equipment operations and can work efficiently in demanding site environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating the dumper to transport and discharge materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and construction materials while maintaining strict safety standards and following site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dumper trucks at construction, industrial, and project sites.
  
• Transport and discharge materials as instructed by the supervisor.
  
• Perform daily pre-start checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
  
• Follow ADNOC & CICPA safety standards and site procedures.
  
• Ensure proper loading and safe transportation of materials.
  
• Maintain safe speed and proper control while operating on-site.
  
• Keep the dumper clean and in good operating condition.
  
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators.
  
• Report accidents, hazards, equipment damage, or unsafe conditions immediately.
  
• Maintain proper care and responsible use of the assigned vehicle.
  

Requirements

• 
  

Minimum 2–3 years of Dumper Driving experience.
ADNOC & CICPA experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Previous UAE site experience preferred.
Good knowledge of heavy vehicle safety and site procedures.
Ability to operate dumper safely on different types of terrain.
Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Willing to work flexible hours and in demanding site conditions.
