About the Role

As an Insurance Producer, you’ll guide customers through the insurance sales process, from the first conversation to closing a policy. You’ll interact with walk-in customers on our retail sales floor and connect with warm leads by phone, helping people explore insurance solutions that fit their individual needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to build valuable sales experience while growing with a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with Customers: Make phone calls to warm leads, build rapport, and identify potential insurance needs.
