Summary

Nata Consultancy Services (NCS) is seeking a dynamic Full Stack Web Developer & Digital Content Specialist to oversee the company's entire digital footprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of our web presence, from initial design and development to ongoing maintenance, while simultaneously crafting and managing engaging content for our LinkedIn platform. This unique hybrid role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technical development and creative storytelling, leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate content creation without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Website Development: Architect and launch responsive, modern, and SEO-optimized websites, utilizing technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Next.js for the front end, and Node.js, Python, or PHP for back-end logic and database management.
  
• System Integration & Features: Implement functional elements including contact forms, career portals, and CMS capabilities, while seamlessly integrating third-party tools for analytics and customer relationship management.
  
• Infrastructure Management: Configure and administer domains, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and corporate email systems; manage deployment across cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or cPanel environments.
  
• Maintenance & Optimization: Execute routine updates, security patches, and performance tuning to ensure high availability, speed, and data integrity, while promptly addressing any technical issues that arise.
  
• Content Strategy & Creation: Curate and maintain a consistent posting schedule on LinkedIn, producing professional graphics, banners, and written updates regarding company news, hiring initiatives, and industry trends.
  
• AI-Driven Content Production: Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI to generate high-quality, brand-aligned content efficiently.
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media engagement metrics, implement growth strategies, and deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.
  
• Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform branding across all digital channels and collaborate closely with the recruiting team to highlight job openings and organizational milestones.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc).
  
• Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in at least one front-end framework, preferably React.
  
• Foundational understanding of back-end development using Node.js, Python, or PHP, alongside experience with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
  
• Practical knowledge of web hosting environments, domain management, and deployment workflows.
  
• Competence in design software such as Canva or Figma for creating visual assets.
  
• Strong written English skills capable of producing professional and engaging content for corporate social media.
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity and content generation tools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.
  
• Understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  
• Proven track record of managing a LinkedIn page with demonstrated audience engagement.
  
• Basic video editing capabilities for creating short-form video content.
  
• A genuine interest in the IT staffing and consulting sector.
