Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the TikTok shop's performance, ensuring strong sales growth and brand visibility.
• Develop and execute strategies for inventory management, pricing, and promotions on TikTok.
• Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to the TikTok platform, driving user engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce cohesive brand messages and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make modifications as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with the TikTok community to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Handle order processing, from product listings to completion of sales.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with specific experience in managing a TikTok shop or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithms and content strategies.
• Experience with content creation, particularly video content designed for short-form platforms.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and processes, including order management and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in increasing sales and engagement through social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content and campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of new and emerging social media trends and platforms.
