Leadership Development & Business Growth Consultant – Remote

This is a remote position.

We are seeking experienced professionals who are interested in applying their leadership, communication and business development experience in a flexible, independent capacity.

This remote opportunity is within the leadership education and personal growth sector, working alongside an established global organisation with more than 20 years of experience.

You’ll be supported by proven systems, professional development resources and an established business framework while taking responsibility for your own day-to-day activity and results.

Key activities include:

• Connecting with and speaking to prospective clients
  
• Conducting structured introductory conversations
  
• Following an established business development process
  
• Building professional relationships and maintaining follow-up
  
• Participating in ongoing leadership and business development training
  
• Managing your own schedule and business activity
  

This is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, communicating with people and building something based on their own effort and performance.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership, business development, consulting, client engagement or a related professional field
  
• Communicates confidently and professionally
  
• Is comfortable speaking with people by phone and online.
  
• Can work independently without day-to-day supervision
  
• Is organised and able to follow a structured process
  
• Has a strong interest in leadership, growth and professional development
  
• Is comfortable with a performance-based income structure rather than a fixed salary
  
• Can commit approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around when those hours are worked.
  
• Is self-motivated and willing to take ownership of their results.
