We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with varied experience, including freshers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring smooth and efficient boarding for all travellers.

- **Baggage Handling:** Safely manage and transport passengers' luggage, ensuring it is correctly loaded and unloaded from the aircraft.

- **Flight Information Services:** Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes to ensure passengers stay informed.

- **Customer Service:** Address passengers' inquiries and concerns courteously, enhancing their travel experience by offering support and guidance.

- **Safety Protocols Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff.
