What You'll Do

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you'll guide prospective customers through the sales process from the first conversation all the way to enrollment.

• Connect with prospective customers through phone and video consultations.
• Work with pre-qualified leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers' needs and coverage goals.
• Explain health insurance options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• An active Life & Health insurance license (in good standing).

You'll be a strong fit if you also have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• A goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• A genuine willingness to learn insurance products and sales techniques.

Previous sales, customer service, healthcare, retail, or insurance experience is a plus — but newly licensed and motivated candidates are absolutely encouraged to apply. If you have your license and the drive, we'll help you build the rest.

Compensation & Growth

This is a Base + Commission opportunity with an expected earning range of approximately $60,000–$185,000 annually, based on performance.
