Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals? Bill Matlock Insurance Agency, Inc. is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity where you'll manage the sales process from the first conversation through the final policy. You'll connect with prospective customers by phone and video, understand their needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Connect With Prospects: Reach out to potential customers by phone and video to introduce our insurance solutions.

• Build Relationships: Establish trust and create meaningful conversations with prospects and clients.

• Understand Customer Needs: Ask thoughtful questions to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Present Solutions: Explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy details in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership from initial contact and follow-up through application and policy placement.

• Follow Up Consistently: Stay organized and maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the decision-making process.

• Close Business: Confidently guide qualified prospects toward a purchase decision while providing a positive customer experience.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer information, sales activity, and follow-up details up to date.

• Collaborate With the Team: Work with internal team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful policy onboarding.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a sales process from start to finish

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

• Comfortable communicating by phone, video, and written channels

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Professional, customer-focused approach

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Mobile device

• Reliable home internet access

Insurance experience or licensing is a plus and may be preferred based on business needs.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential: 40,000–75,000 annually, based on performance.
