Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Consultant / IAM Architect to design, architect, implement, and lead large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IAM architecture, solution integration, requirements gathering, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and client-facing consulting. The role will involve working closely with client stakeholders and technology teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

This position also offers opportunities to contribute to IAM strategy, technology evaluation, business development, thought leadership, mentoring, and innovation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture and enterprise security concepts.
  
• Hands-on experience with IAM solution implementation and integrations.
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Identity Lifecycle Management
    
  • User Provisioning & De-provisioning
    
  • Authentication & Authorization
    
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    
  • Access Governance
    
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    
  • Directory Services
    
  • LDAP / Active Directory
    
  • Identity Federation
    
  • API-based integrations
    
• Experience troubleshooting complex IAM integration and production issues.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns.
  
• Experience working with IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  
• Knowledge of cloud IAM and hybrid identity environments is preferred.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / ISC, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications.
  
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and scripting/automation.
  
• Understanding of modern authentication protocols such as:
  • SAML
    
  • OAuth 2.0
    
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
    
  • SCIM
    
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern identity security concepts is a plus.
