Accounts & Finance Executive - MAR Group of Companies

Our client MAR Group of Companies is hiring a Accounts & Finance Executive in Lahore.

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with 01 year of practical experience to support daily finance operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate accounting records, managing petty cash, processing routine entries, and supporting accounts receivable and payable. Strong numerical skills, proficiency in Excel or accounting software, and a basic understanding of financial statements and taxation are required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Manage petty cash, vouchers, and related supporting documentation
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and help identify and resolve financial discrepancies
• Maintain ledgers, expense reports, and other financial records
• Support ERP system entries and ensure accurate financial data
• Assist with basic taxation documentation and compliance procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

Requirements:

• B.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Willingness to learn ERP systems, accounting procedures, and financial processes
