SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant – SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management, Meter-to-Cash

Role Description

• Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.
• Provide operational support by addressing issues related to:
• Billing exceptions
• Device installation/removal
• Meter readings
• Device Management (DM) integration defects

• Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing.
• Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for:
• Billing modules
• Device Management modules

• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including:
• Billing reports
• DM workflows
• Fabric pipelines

• Conduct:
• Unit Testing
• Integration Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Ensure end-to-end validation across systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as:
• Dataflows
• Pipelines
• Lakehouse
• Power BI embedded analytics

• Analyze recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.
