Production Labourers and Pick Packers

Our state of the art manufacturing facility is in Moorabbin and there is ample parking available onsite. Our central Malvern location is easily accessible. We process beef, lamb, and smallgoods.

The average tenure within our workplace is seven years and we pride ourselves on a welcoming workplace culture.

Production labour

4 am starts | 1-2 positions. Hands-on labouring and manual handling in our production department. This is sustained, physically demanding work in a challenging meat-processing environment. You will handle and move product, follow processing and hygiene procedures, and help keep production moving safely.

Order picking and packing

5 am starts | 1-2 positions. Pick and pack meat orders, read picking lists, check products, quantities and weights, and handle stock safely. Practical literacy, numeracy and attention to detail are essential for accurate orders.

What you will need

• Reliable attendance and a dependable way to reach Moorabbin for the required early start.
  

• The physical capacity to perform the relevant manual tasks safely throughout the shift.
  

• The ability to understand work and safety instructions and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
  

• Australian work rights and availability that cover the agreed roster.
