Requirements

• Active Iowa LPN license
  
• Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Current TB testing: 2-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
  
• Recent nursing experience preferred
  
• Ability to commit to the required contract schedule
