A Concord, NH firm is looking for an established General Corporate attorney to join as a lateral partner (Non-Equity anticipated), bringing their own client base and leveraging a larger firm's resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an established corporate law practice
  
• Manage existing client relationships and own the practice
  
• Originate new business and drive business development
  

Requirements

• Established General Corporate practice with a minimum $325,000+ portable book
  
• Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership
  
• Demonstrated business-development and origination skills
  
• Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire
