Leadership & Client Development Consultant

This is a remote position.

V2F Life Design connects curious minds and out-of-the-box thinkers with education that challenges perspectives, expands potential and develops confident leaders.

We are seeking experienced, open-minded thinkers who enjoy building relationships and want to apply their communication, leadership and mindset skills in a flexible remote role. Backgrounds in education, coaching, consulting, sales, management or client engagement may be relevant.

You will conduct introductory conversations, understand prospective clients’ goals, share program information and maintain thoughtful follow-up. You will organize your daily activities, keep accurate records and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

This is a remote independent contractor role with performance-based compensation. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual activity and results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
• Strong communication, active-listening and relationship-building skills
• Experience in education, coaching, consulting, leadership, sales or client engagement
• Self-directed approach and reliable follow-through
• Willingness to learn and train with digital tools (AI) and established processes
• Interest in leadership education and ongoing professional growth
• Ability to dedicate consistent time (part-time is possible) to training and client development
• Comfortable with independent contractor status
