Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Finance Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial solutions within our IT services sector. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical financial capabilities, ensuring that our clients achieve operational excellence through the strategic deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration of financial modules to support critical organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end functional analysis and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules to align with specific client business processes.
  
• Provide expert guidance on core financial domains including Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Accounts Receivable Collections.
  
• Conduct thorough assessments of financial workflows to identify gaps and propose robust solutions using Oracle Cloud Financial Reporting.
  
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams.
  
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) functionalities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing strategies, manage user training, and support post-go-live operations.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Oracle Financials Cloud implementation and support.
  
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud with deep knowledge of Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Collections modules.
  
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financial Reporting and the ability to interpret complex financial processes.
  
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to technical financial solutions.
  
• Solid understanding of General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) operational workflows within a cloud environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
