Polish-Speaking Road Services Customer Care Specialist

We're partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit an Operations Customer Expert for an exciting opportunity based in Porto. The position supports the Polish market for a company specializing in road infrastructure management, offering services such as toll collection, asset management, and operation. You will assist customers through direct channels, supporting revenue collection, debt communication, and service inquiries, all while contributing to the achievement of operational objectives.

Your Role

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies

• Provide assistance via phone and email in both Polish and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection

• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable

• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations

• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and revenue goals

• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with good command of English

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a transport, logistics, or service industry

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

• Capable of handling sensitive customer information with professionalism

• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying tasks
