Our client MAR Group Of Companies is hiring a Performance marketing in Lahore.

Job Description:
Are you a motivated Performance Marketer Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing? MAR Group Of Companies is looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign tracking. In this role, you will help plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns, monitor results, and support growth initiatives while learning and improving your performance marketing skills.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Leads, Google ads and basic knowledge of Meta ads.
• Schedule and manage organic and paid social media content
• rack, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics
• Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, and optimize based on data insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 01 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
