Client Relationship Consultant – Personal Development.

Are you an experienced professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping them explore personal and professional development?

We’re seeking a self-directed Client Relationship Consultant to promote personal development and leadership education programs, respond to enquiries and guide prospective clients through an established information process.

This role combines relationship building, sales follow-up and digital marketing in a remote, independently managed working arrangement.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospective clients through phone, video and written communication.
• Understand their interests and goals, and share relevant program information.
• Guide enquiries through an established review and follow-up process.
• Use social media and digital marketing to generate interest in our programs.
• Maintain accurate contact records and follow up consistently.
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales, client service, account management, education or a related field.
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone and video.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and follow established systems.
• A reliable computer, internet connection and suitable workspace.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.

This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
