  • Support patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care.

Practice Growth & Team Contribution

  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
  • Participate in wellness programs, community initiatives, and other practice-development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service in every patient interaction.
  • Stay current on chiropractic techniques, clinical best practices, and developments within the profession.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience working with personal injury patients.
  • Experience developing and managing individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in a wellness-focused or multidisciplinary practice.
  • Interest in contributing to practice growth and community outreach.

Our Culture & Non-Negotiable Standards

We believe great patient care starts with a great team. We are looking for someone who understands that professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and service are essential to creating an exceptional practice.

We Expect You To:

  • Be dependable and responsive. Patients and teammates should be able to count on you.
  • Come prepared. Accuracy, preparation, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

  • Is difficult to approach or does not build relationships easily.
  • Is unreliable or inconsistent.
  • Does not maintain professional standards.
  • Is unwilling to step up when the team or patients need additional support.

  • Commission opportunities
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to grow professionally and clinically
