Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
Handle client escalations & workforce challenges
Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination
Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners

Required Skills/Competencies -

2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients
Strong leadership & client management skills
Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking.
Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
