DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to patients
  
• Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy and supportive care
  
• Collaborate with Physician Assistant, MA, and RN staff for coordinated care
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  
• Adhere to clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, with no call or weekend duties
