Job Description

We are looking for a motivated International Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates for international career opportunities while managing the recruitment process from initial interaction to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international job opportunities.
  
• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria.
  
• Act as a primary point of contact between candidates and international employers.
  
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data using CRM/recruitment tools.
  
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  
• Stay updated on international recruitment trends, visa processes, and migration-related requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely recruitment closures.
  
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or international recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to interact professionally with candidates and international stakeholders.
  
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment databases, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates with international/Gulf recruitment experience will be preferred.
