Part-Time Morning Cleaner – Limavady

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a professional site in Limavady.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a regular 1.5-hour morning shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekend working.

The role could be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for a few additional regular hours each week.

Working Hours

• Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am
  
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
  
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
  
• Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am
  
• Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am
  
• Saturday & Sunday: No work
  
• Total: 7.5 hours per week
  

Pay

£12.71 per hour

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
  
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
  
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
• Replenishing consumables where required
  
• General cleaning duties throughout the premises
  
• Ensuring the site is left clean, tidy and presentable
  

Requirements

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial environment
  
• Is reliable and punctual
  
• Can commit to 9:00am – 10:30am, Monday to Friday
  
• Can provide valid Right to Work documentation
  
• Is comfortable with lone working
  
• Is comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
  
• Can use a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Is looking for a position with the potential to become permanent
  

Temp to Perm Opportunity

The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
