We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in the Healthcare & IT sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

💼 Role: Project Manager - Healthcare & IT Domain

RESPONSIBILITY

• - Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Business Stakeholders and Engineering teams to deliver digital products and solutions.
• Support end-to-end product and project delivery, from requirements gathering and user research to development, testing, deployment and post-release support.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate system, user acceptance, security and quality testing activities prior to product release.
• Drive user adoption through training, communications and change management activities.
• Monitor product performance, support issue resolution, and work with technical teams to address defects and enhancements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes and other governance artifacts.

Requirements

• - Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project and/or product delivery experience.
• Experience participating in full software development or product lifecycle delivery, preferably using Agile methodologies.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis or PMI/CITPM/COMIT certifications.
• Experience in digital product development and delivery.
• Experience in Audit, Quality Management, Portfolio Management or PMO functions.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq and other project management platforms.
