About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll manage the customer experience from start to finish. You'll meet with prospective customers in their homes, learn about their needs, explain available solutions, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions.

You'll receive training and support as you develop your product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers in their homes and local communities.

• Build rapport and establish professional relationships with customers.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, and priorities.

• Present products and solutions based on each customer's needs.

• Explain product features, benefits, and available options.

• Answer customer questions and address concerns.

• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to closing.

• Follow up with prospective customers as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Manage your daily schedule and assigned territory.

• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills.

Previous sales experience can be helpful, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Ability to work in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

• Life and Health Insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with earning potential tied to individual results.

Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $90,000–$250,000 annually, depending on sales performance.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, sales results, and other factors.

Training & Development

You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll provide the training and resources needed to help you learn the role and develop your sales skills.
