Requirements

Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
10+ years total experience in software development
4–6+ years in a technical leadership or development management role
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level systems (ERP, HR, CMS, or similar)
Preferred
Experience managing in-house development teams
Background working with HR, Payroll, Attendance, or ERP systems
