Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Ice Cream Server to join a team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers efficiently, preparing and presenting ice cream products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming service area.

Requirements

• Customer service or food & beverage experience is an advantage.
  

• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
  

• Any nationality may apply.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  

• Take customer orders accurately and provide efficient service.
  

• Prepare and serve ice cream products according to company standards.
  

• Maintain an attractive and consistent product presentation.
  

• Keep the serving counter, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  

• Follow appropriate food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  

• Assist customers with product selections when required.
  

• Replenish supplies and monitor stock at the serving station.
  

• Support daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
  

• Provide a positive customer experience at all times.
