Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to lead and optimize our Materials Management and Procure-to-Pay processes within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to drive digital transformation, enhance supply chain efficiency, and integrate advanced technologies such as AI-assisted tools and middleware solutions. Your strategic insights will be crucial in managing complex procurement cycles, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and supporting the organization's growth through robust vendor management and inventory control strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, ensuring alignment with global business standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, from creation to final settlement, while maintaining data integrity.
  
• Configure and maintain SAP MM modules within the S/4HANA environment to support dynamic business needs.
  
• Integrate Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems with core ERP functions to streamline logistics operations.
  
• Develop and oversee API integrations and middleware solutions to facilitate real-time data exchange between SAP and third-party applications.
  
• Implement AI Copilots and LLM-assisted tools to automate documentation, testing protocols, and routine analytical tasks.
  
• Utilize AI-driven testing methodologies to validate system updates and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  
• Manage strategic sourcing initiatives through Ariba and Fieldglass platforms, optimizing vendor relationships and contract compliance.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 9 years of specialized professional experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) consulting.
  
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP MM and S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
  
• Hold proven expertise in Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
  
• Show strong competency in designing and managing APIs, middleware architectures, and system integrations.
  
• Experience leveraging AI Copilots, LLM-assisted tools, and AI-based testing frameworks for documentation and quality assurance.
  
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing platforms, specifically Ariba and Fieldglass.
  
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order management.
  
• Ability to work within the IT Services industry context, delivering solutions that meet high client expectations.
