Requirements

A general commerce or marketing degree (Hons). ESG or Sustainability qualifications. Software Requirements: Familiarity and in-depth use of AI. Understand the role of AI within corporate communications. Be actively using AI in a complementary role. Be familiar with CRM systems. The ability to use collaboration tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, and email. Be familiar with the usual array of software from the Google platform: Google Sheets, Google Slides, and related software. Knowledge and Skills - Client interaction. The corporate communications environment. Corporate content origination and curation. Discipline in keeping CRM systems updated.
