C++ & DSA Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build strong programming, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on C++ programming and DSA.
  
• Teach C++ fundamentals including OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management, and advanced programming concepts.
  
• Train students on Data Structures and Algorithms, including:
  • Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists
    
  • Stacks and Queues
    
  • Trees and Graphs
    
  • Hashing
    
  • Recursion and Backtracking
    
  • Sorting and Searching
    
  • Greedy Algorithms
    
  • Dynamic Programming
    
  • Time and Space Complexity
    
• Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-world problem-solving tasks.
  
• Prepare students for coding interviews, competitive programming, and technical assessments.
  
• Conduct coding tests, assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.
  
• Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
  
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Stay updated with current industry trends, coding practices, and interview patterns.
  
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve students' technical and employability skills.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++ and DSA.
  
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and STL.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Knowledge of competitive programming and coding interview preparation.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to teach students with different levels of programming knowledge.
  
• Practical, hands-on approach to programming education.
  

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in C++/DSA development, training, or mentoring.
  
• Teaching/training experience in an educational institute, coding academy, or corporate environment will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates with strong competitive programming or software development backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Relevant certifications or industry experience will be an added advantage.
