PROFILE - PROJECT COORDINATOR

B9 Solution is looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects from start to completion.
  
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and project updates.
  
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, PPC, Design, and Development teams.
  
• Prepare project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending activities.
  
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
  
• Maintain project reports, documentation, and regular status updates.
  
• Handle client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
  
• Identify project-related issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
