Remote Professional Development Consultant

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Professional Development Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their goals, and helping them explore resources that support continued professional and personal growth.

This remote, contract-based role combines consultative communication, relationship development, and professional follow-up. You will engage in structured one-to-one conversations with individuals exploring development options, identify their interests and goals, share information about established programs and resources, and guide appropriate next steps.

This role may suit professionals with backgrounds in consulting, coaching, education, training, client relations, leadership, or professional development who are comfortable working independently and building professional relationships.

You will have access to established systems, structured onboarding, ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development resources.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Structured onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring and an established business framework are provided.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional experience in consulting, professional development, coaching, education, training, client relations, leadership, or a related field
  
• Strong consultative and interpersonal communication skills
  
• Ability to conduct professional one-to-one conversations
  
• Strong listening and relationship-management skills
  
• Comfortable identifying individual goals and discussing appropriate development options
  
• Professional approach to client communication and follow-up
